Couples expecting more than one baby will receive information specific to multiple pregnancy, birth, and parenting. Early participation in this class is advised (before 30 weeks gestation). If this is your first pregnancy, participation in one of our childbirth education classes is also strongly encouraged.

Join Maine's only Family Sleep Institute Certified Child Sleep Consultant to learn how to establish healthy sleep habits in babies from newborn through 6 months old. Babies in arms are welcome!

This class will cover:

  • Maximizing sleep in newborns
  • Helping your baby learn day from night
  • Preventing the dreaded "4 month sleep regression"
  • Handling teething, illness, and other sleep stealers
  • Creating a sleep space that protects and promotes sleep 

We recommend attending this class between the 32nd and 36th week of pregnancy.

Join an American Heart Association-certified instructor for this one-night course for parents, childcare providers, teachers, and others who care for children. This course provides basic information on resuscitation for  infants and children. The text Family & Friends CPR will be provided.
